How to Make an Appointment

1. Check the Calendar of Events and determine the type of appointment you would like:

Tele-Reading: an appointment by phone
Individual Session: an appointment in person

2. Let us know the following:

(1) How did you originally heard about Kevin and his work?
(2) Have you read his book Spirit Communication: The Soul’s Path?
(3) Have you attended an event taught by Kevin?
(4) Have you previously had an appointment with Kevin?
(5) Briefly, why you want an appointment.
(6) Your first, second and third choice for an appointment
day and time.

Please indicate all of the above on a separate sheet of paper.

3. Fill out the application for a Tele-Reading or Individual Session.

4. Fax the completed application to 415-267-6939. No fax? You can
use a fax, for a small fee, at the office depot, office max, some post offices and a U.P.S. store. A completed application and payment are required to book an appointment.

Confirmation of your appointment
A confirmation letter will be sent, upon approval of your application.

The Tele-Reading confirmation will include the date, time, preparation
tape and the phone number to call for your appointment.

The Individual Session confirmation will include the date, time
and location of your appointment and your preparation tape.

Payment can be made by money order, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
